Chester I.M.P.S.
It is with regret that we will no longer be teaching the I.M.P.S programme in Cheshire.
However we have a new exciting programme starting from September 2011 called the Young First aider.
If any school in the Cheshire area requires any first aid training for pupils please contact Helen Lee on 01244 383407 option 6.
I.M.P.S. heroes
During the time I.M.P.S. ran in Cheshire at least 4 lives were been saved by the quick-thinking of children who attended the programme:
- Sam Holmes - saved his best friend, Oliver, from choking. Read news story
- Phoebe Bain - helped her mother after a car accident. Read news story
- Louis Edwards - saved his 18 month old brother from choking on a coin. Read news story
- Jamie Frazer - saved his friend who had an epileptic fit.
We're very proud of all the children who took part in I.M.P.S.
