New manikins from Tesco

We are delighted that thanks to a Tesco Community Grant we have been able to purchase new lightweight manikins and training defibrillators for our sessions. This means that our team of trainers will now have their own set of equipment which will enable them to transport and store them easily.

Due to continued Covid restrictions at the local hospitals, our team is delivering I.M.P.S. directly into the classrooms and having these new manikins will improve the experience of hands on CPR for the children.

I.M.P.S. co-ordinator Amy Thomas said “Enabling the whole I.M.P.S. team to have their own set of equipment has benefitted everyone as they can easily transport everything they need from school to school all around the county of Oxfordshire.  Now the teaching sessions can be more fun for the children allowing them to all have hands on experience of CPR during our I.M.P.S. sessions.”

Thank you to all our supporters who voted for I.M.P.S. in the Witney Tesco stores.
