It is really important to talk to someone you trust if you are feeling sad all the time.
Feeling sad sometimes is perfectly normal because things happen that can make us very unhappy for a while. But if you feel sad all the time and it is affecting your behaviour and your relationships with your parents, carers and friends then it is important that you talk to an adult you can trust to explain your feelings.
