What do you do now?	I have just opened my own restaurant.
Did I.M.P.S. help to influence this in any way?	No I don’t think it did. I do remember it was a good fun day and interesting.
Have you ever used any I.M.P.S. skills?	Yes, of course in my profession there are quite a few accidents so it’s a very valuable to me to be able to help when needed. I’m normally the first person to act quickly when a staff member has a cut or a burn and first aid knowledge is essential.
Does your job require you to use any risk management, injury prevention or first aid skills?	Yes, I have to do a lot of risk assessment with new equipment and make sure people are trained to use it. I make sure my staff are aware of potential danger and risks in the kitchen.
Do you think your I.M.P.S. training has made a difference to you?	Yes, I always think first now about what potential risks are around me and my staff and because I am more aware to potential dangers then so are my team.
