Year 6 children look sharp!

We have been told by the teacher at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Banbury that two year 6 children found a syringe in a local park.

This is  what she says “They were carrying the card given to them at I.M.P.S. and they phoned the number on the card to report the incident. They told me that because of the I.M.P.S. training they had  received, they knew that they should never touch a needle but to report it straightaway.”

We are really pleased that these pupils learnt an important life lesson with I.M.P.S. and they were also proactive enough to follow it up.  Well done!
